Hydracept gives teams and coding agents one public API to discover capabilities, submit synchronous or durable work, track jobs, download artifacts, and keep a receipt for every run. BYOK runs at 0% Hydracept fee; managed runs bill at provider cost plus a 6% service fee. Games and media are common examples, not the whole product. BYOK at 0% markup, or managed inference with a 6% service fee. A plan is entitlement; funding pays execution cost.
